Drafts of deliverables from the March 2005 meeting
Participants in the Otley Education Steps meeting are invited to review
the following documents:
1. first 'cut' of the ducks and ponds
- this is currently in a spreadsheet file (download here >>> ).
You are invited to review the lists of ducks and ponds and comment on
any issues, such as:
- whether you agree on the accuracy of the list
- whether, on reflection, there are items you think should be added or
deleted
The timeline for this is currently open-ended.
We have set up a Google Groups email discussion area, which is (should
be!) only available to Otley participants. You will have received
emails inviting you to join; if you have lost the email, contact Peter
Murray on peterjmurray@gmail.com
If you were an Otley participant and cannot access the discussion
forum by signing in via this webpage, or have not activated your
membership of the discussion group, please contact Peter Murray at
peterjmurray@gmail.com
2. the final draft of the full meeting
report, to go to BCS Health Informatics Forum and also be
versioned for wider distribution - this is currently in an rtf
file (download here:
rtf file (510 kb) pdf file (174 kb)) and
can be opened in an word processor. The Figure 1 (IMIA Scientific Map)
files are also here ( rtf file
120 kb pdf file 29
kb).
This report is deliberately lengthy and covers much detail that many
may find unnecessary. However, this version provides the 'historical
record' required by BCS HIF.
(This report is currently
awaiting final sign-off by BCS HIF).
If you have any queries, comments, etc. please email Dr Peter Murray -
